Applicable sales taxes will be added to your order based on your shipping address. Some parts may include a refundable core charge, which will be clearly indicated on your invoice.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

While we make every effort to ensure accurate fitment information, it is ultimately your responsibility to verify that parts are compatible with your specific vehicle. We strongly recommend providing your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and OEM part numbers when requesting quotes.

Fitment can vary based on trim level, engine type, transmission, production date, and other factors. We are not responsible for parts ordered incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Auto Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific part or service giving rise to the claim.
